I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were spectacular, extremely comfortable, and beautifully decorated, always spotless. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything. The dining experience was delicious, although it could be better with some improvements. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I felt like royalty in the spectacular and extremely comfortable room, beautifully decorated and always spotless.

The staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome, even preparing special chicken soup and checking on us regularly. They provided complimentary tea, wine, and a cookie platter to make up for the wifi issues. They truly take care of their guests.

The hotel's location was so convenient, ready to assist us in any circumstance. It was easy to explore the nearby attractions and even plan a trip to Galapagos.
